Installation Steps:
1. Select the appropriate bowl set according to the upper and lower inner diameter of the front frame head tube.
2. Apply grease to the inside of the head tube for easy installation and disassembly, maintenance and press in at the same time to save effort.
3. Assemble the bowls in the order shown in the diagram, it is recommended to press in one bowl first, and then press in the other one after completion to ensure successful pressing in.
4. Tighten the nut clockwise and press in slowly.
5. When pressing in the bowl set, it is recommended to use a bowl set press-in tool with a single-side flat thrust bearing to install with less effort.
