Tinh dầu bạc hà được sản xuất bằng phương pháp lôi cuốn hơi nước từ 100% cây bạc hà, không chất bảo quản, không hương liệu, thành phần chính là tinh chất methol và menthone.
CÔNG DỤNG:
- Giúp hạ sốt, tăng cường hệ miễn dịch, thông mũi, giảm đau xoang.
- Trị hơi thở có mùi, giảm đau bụng, đầy hơi, khó tiêu, ợ nóng, long đờm.
- Giảm nhức đầu, xoa dịu sự mệt mỏi, trầm cảm.
- Trị mụn và vết sẹo, thâm, trị gàu, sát khuẩn.
CÁCH SỬ DỤNG:
- Sử dụng với đèn xông tinh dầu giúp thanh lọc không khí, phòng ngừa bệnh cảm và sổ mũi, giảm căng thẳng, mệt mỏi.
- Xoa 1- 2 giọt tinh dầu bạc hà lên thái dương, trán hay vùng xoang giúp giảm đau xoang và nhức đầu.
- Pha với dầu jojoba, oliu và xoa lên vùng bao tử khi bị khó chịu.
- Xoa vài giọt tinh dầu lên bàn chân để giảm sốt, xoa lên vết đốt côn trùng để giảm ngứa, sưng tấy.
