How to change your password?
There is a hole behind the lock.
In the unlocked state, Using a small to press the hole and then choose your new password at the same time.

Why can't the lock rotate?
When the Item Cross the ocean and delivered to your hand, the password may be correct, but it cannot be rotated.
Please don't worry, just pull the 3-digit password to the left and right,
