Provides three kinds of control interfaces: 8-bit microprocessor interface, 4-bit microprocessor interface, serial interface.
The built-in 2M-bit Chinese character ROM (CGROM) provides a total of 8192 Chinese characters (16×16 dot matrix), and the 16K-bit half-width font ROM (HCGROM) provides a total of 126 symbol fonts (16× 8 dot matrix), 64×16-bit display RAM (DDRAM), and the drawing display screen provides a 64×256 dot drawing area (GDRAM), which can be mixed with the text screen.
