This product is resistant to high temperature up to 1100 ℃. It is an auxiliary product for assembling, replacing or repairing exhaust pipe, muffler and catalytic converter. Simple construction, long service life and reliable quality!
How To Use
1. Clean all grease, dust on the surface of the exhaust pipe
2. Smear the exhaust pipe glue to the surface of the area to be repaired evenly.
3. Curing under room temperature for at least 24 hours (if the gap's range is exceed 0.5cm, it must be used with wire mesh)
4. Heat cure for 15 minutes (if the surface is blistered, it should be scraped off and re-bonded)
5. Installation of new equipment: apply the product on the inside and outside of the exhaust throat and exhaust pipe interface (about 0.65mm thick), and then install it in the normal position.
6. Repair: first clean the surface, remove dirt, grease and rust with derusting brush (available in our store) or sandpaper, and then apply it evenly on the pinholes and cracks.
7. If the damage is less than 3mm, it can be directly applied and repaired. For example, when repairing holes with large area, it is necessary to add bottom mat glass fiber mesh (available in our store). After application, it is necessary to idle for 20 minutes or dry overnight.
