Connect the charging adapter to an AC source, Then connect the charging adapter to USB-C adapter

After all this operation,if it still did not work.Plese disconnet the USB-C port off thedevice and turn the magnetic port of USB-C charger to opposite side.Then reconnectby following the connecting step.
