The onboard cooling fan can automatically run under power or programmable control when the processor temperature is high.
For better compatibility, the 12V power junction box based on the original version is removed, which is usually suitable for most PI situations with top board space.
Integrate PCF8574 IO expander for I2C bus, provide pin P0 for direct fan, and more spare IO pins.
