1. First connect the B- line to the battery negative terminal (the B- line needs to be welded with a short wire first), and then connect the flat cable (before connecting the flat cable, first unplug the flat cable from the board)
2. Start wiring from the BCO, connect the BCO to the total negative electrode of the battery (name this string ①), connect the cable BCl next to the BCO to the positive electrode of the number ① battery, and connect the third cable BC2 to the positive electrode of the battery number ②. The four flat wires BC3 are connected to the number ③The positive electrode of the battery... and so on.
3. After connecting the cables, measure the voltage between each two adjacent cables from the header. The voltage of the polymer battery should be less than 4V, and the voltage of the iron-lithium battery should be less than 3.5V. Insert the cable after checking.
4. Connect the negative pole of the charger and the negative pole of the load to C-. B negative wires and C negative wires need to be welded with thick wires. The wiring method has nothing to do with the color, only the correct order is required.
5. Then measure whether the total battery voltage is equal to the output voltage of the protection board, and the protection board works normally if it is equal.
