Instructions: Make sure the area of skin is clean, dry and free from moisture. The tape will not work on wet or greasy skin. Test where you would like the garment to be positioned. Remove the white backing tape from 1 side of the tape. Press this side to the skin and rub firmly.Now remove the outer side of protective white backing. Press the clothing firmly in place for a few seconds. Repeat this for other areas where necessary.The clothes will remain in position for hours.
